Strategy & Paid Campaign Management (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Create, manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on: LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads.
  • Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets effectively.
  • Conduct strategic audience segmentation (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data.

Content Creation & Brand Positioning

  • Develop a strategic content calendar aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Align organic and paid strategies to maximize results.
  • Coordinate content production (graphics, videos, etc.).

Coordination & Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new digital growth opportunities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience building and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Portfolio required, including: Campaign examples/ Creative samples
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
