About Us: Behavioral Health Field (BH Field) is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to help individuals with developmental disorders achieve their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated ABA Case Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: The ABA Case Manager will act as the central point of contact for families, behavior technicians, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role focuses on coordination, communication, and administrative support, ensuring smooth delivery of ABA services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and schedule ABA sessions between clients and therapists.
  2. Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  3. Communicate effectively with families, addressing concerns and providing resources as needed.
  4. Liaise between families and BCBAs, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
  5. Assist in the documentation and reporting of client progress and session details.
  6. Understand and adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards of the ABA profession.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues that may arise.
  8. Stay updated on insurance, billing, and funding processes to assist families as needed.
  9. Promote cultural competency and ensure services are delivered with respect for diversity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or case management role, preferably within the ABA or healthcare field.
  • Advanced level of Spanish (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in using computer software, especially Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
