We are seeking a proactive and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and support both clients and staff. This role combines administrative leadership with case management responsibilities, playing a key part in maintaining high-quality service and regulatory standards.
Clinic Operations & Compliance
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Monitor and maintain clinic staff compliance (documentation, certifications, etc.)
Ensure client privacy and data security standards are consistently met
Client Documentation & Records
Manage and maintain accurate client records and paperwork
Ensure timely updates and proper documentation across all cases
Conduct regular audits of files to ensure completeness and compliance
Case Management Support
Review clinical notes and documentation for quality and accuracy
Support caregivers with client-related needs and follow-ups
Act as a point of contact for resolving client or caregiver concerns
Assist in coordinating care and ensuring service continuity
Team & Communication
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Support onboarding and ongoing compliance of staff
Maintain clear and professional communication across stakeholders
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
Previous experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or similar roles preferred
Experience with case management or client coordination is highly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and privacy standards
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Stable full-time position (W2)
