This role is a non-clinical, administrative leadership position responsible for overseeing case management operations, workflows, and compliance support across BH Field. The role ensures consistency, efficiency, and quality in how cases are managed, while supporting Case Managers and collaborating closely with Clinical Leadership, HR, and Operations.
This position does not carry a clinical caseload and does not provide direct client services.
Responsibilities at BH Field:
Monitor case manager task completion (documentation, follow-ups, transitions, authorizations support, and others)
Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
Serve as a point of contact for Case Managers for operational questions
Support onboarding and training of new Case Managers (admin/process side)
Provide guidance using BCBA-level judgment (without clinical supervision)
Collaborate with internal teams for different matters.

Experience working with case management, authorizations, and operations
Excellent organization, communication, and systems-thinking skills
