BH Field is a team of ethical and compassionate ABA clinicians driven to address the needs of individuals with IDD/ASD, as well as their families. At BH Field our RBTs share a culture of learning that encourages continuous education and ongoing research in ABA therapy.
We are seeking to add a full-time floating RBT to work with a variety of clients around the Atlanta area. You will have the willingness to go to different areas around the city, and surroundings (+50 miles).
Work Location:
1. Multiple locations – ON THE ROAD (we offer in-home services, so the location is dependent upon the client address).
2. You MUST have the disposition to commute to different areas around Atlanta and surroundings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Travel across the Atlanta area to provide exceptional ABA services (up to 50 miles one way), while transitioning to a long-term therapist.
2. Acclimate to different client environments, including in-home, school, and community settings, working with a diverse client population with varying needs.
3. Accurately collect and record data on client progress during each session, ensuring all information is detailed and up to date.
4. Provide guidance and support to new RBTs if necessary, helping them understand company protocols and best practices.
5. Run role-plays with new staff to build their confidence and skill set.
Qualifications:
1. Must have a valid RBT Certificate
2. Minimum experience of 6 months as an RBT
3. Must have clean driving record and reliable transportation
4. Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS
5. Proficient in Spanish is a PLUS
